I was intending to buy a dress the one I liked they had 1 that was my size. When I got to the pay point, I was informed that they are offline (it was not loadshedding) I can only pay in cash. I have asked if they could save the dress for me, the person that was assisting me asked her colleague which I presume is her supervisor and she said no. I did not understand why customers must suffer because of their shortcomings. I don’t think that my request was unreasonable. I find it ridiculous for the supervisor to be inflexible for something I had no control of.
