Send my card!

I opened up an account in April. I was told I could start purchasing on my account. I was also advised that I would receive my account card in the following 2 weeks. Its been almost 6 months and I still have not received my card. Whenever I buy I have to buy online because i never travel with my ID card on me. Please can you send me my card?
