Send my card
I'd like to know where my card is. It's been about three months, and everytime I enquire about it, I'm told 6 -8 weeks. Why can't a supply of cards be kept and activated in store - like banks do.
Nobody apologises for not doing their jobs. Only arrogant answer I receive is to tell me to confirm my details and say how long the card takes, when I indicate that it's taken a long time.
Who is the manager in the department? Can that person appoint competent people, or does a competent manager need to be appointed. It's something so simple to execute - or should be. Who has come up with this 6 - 8 weeks nonsense that all companies seem to hide behind!?
Every time I enquire I'm asked for my postal address - this is on record, or should be, look it up.
In store no better - long queues, and every time authorisation is needed by the manager, who never seems to be available to authorise, so the long queue and a long wait. Becoming as bad as Edgars' service.
