At Truworths, we strive to provide customers with merchandise that conforms to international quality standards. We were thus concerned to hear of your experience with one of our items.
Upon receipt of your post, we referred the matter to the management of the store where to the watch was returned for further investigation.
We would like to advise you that the warranty on this particular brand of watch only covers the mechanism and not the watch straps.
We trust that we have acceptably addressed your concerns and hope that you understand our stance in this matter.
Best regards,
Charmaine
