security tag

if its possible to give this store zero i was going to give them!!

i bought a hoodie at Uzzi store in Kempton park festival mall, and now they didnt take out those things that triggers alarm at the door of the shops, if it was easy to take out i was going to do soo, so its impossible to take that thing out.

i work 7days a week 6 to 6 i dont have time to pass by the store, i gave my husband the hoodie to take it to Uzzi with the proof of purchase, and its not like he was going to exchange that thing or even return it!! now they telling him that i must come myself to the store for them to remove that thing!! like really now, is it my problem that they have been negligent enough and forgot to take off that thing?? worse part is that i cant wear that hoodie with that thing,,,,, and now i must suffer and take a leave from work and pay a taxi fare go to their store for them to remove that ****? like really?
