second bad experience
Bad online service, i made an online order on the truworths website on the second on april, and they claimed i would recieve my order delivered in 5 to 7 working days, up to date my order hasn't been delivered, i called them twice, sent email and all they could tell me was my order was in Welkon, like what..? im in limpopo and its been 20 days waiting for my order. I needed the items for an occasion which has already passed. I don't want the order any more its pointless because i had to buy something else, where they take customers serious
