**** claim they delivered but I never got the parcel

I placed an order online on the 4th of April 2019 I waited for almost two weeks the order wasn't delivered. I sent Facebook messenger the guy promised they would call me hence they are still waiting for the courier company to tell me when they will deliver. Then the courier company called me they said they can't locate my parcel. Even trustworthy called me to say they will refund me. Guess what I trusted then when I logged in into my online account the item was delivered and I never received it. I wonder who did they give my parcel too. When because the last time we spoke the parcel was lost. How can I pay for something I never received this is sad after the trauma they have the audacity to say the parcel was delivered. Its very s. I waited for their update call about locating my parcel instead they lie. Can't even track or trace to who, when was it delivered or the date instead its just delivered. I never even received any calls from the delivery provider nothing after a long query I'm tired please refund me.
