Save your money and don’t purchase at Truworths,they are a bunch of *********** idiots!!!!

I made an online purchase in July haven’t received it or refund to date. They first said it was returned to store since they couldn’t reach me, then courier delivered to someone in my estate but they can’t show me where that so called person signed for the package. They’ve been promising to refund me for weeks now,every time I call I get put on hold for long and they promise to escalate the matter and get back to me which they haven’t. Truworths and their staff are truly useless!!!
