Satisfied customer service

I recently posted my experience at the store and that I was refused taking back a gift bought for my child. The manager of the centurion mall branch Caroline called me and apologised and said that they will make a concession for me. She was so polite and understanding. I went and spoke to her second in charge Ursula who was just as polite and helpful this past Saturday. I managed to return the dress for another.
