Sanitizer Nightmare

I Was amazed by the level of knowledge Truworths Festival Mall has- I was told that I cannot the store without using the sanitizer at the Door- I took out my Sanitizer again and rubbed it against my hands to clean my hands.

I explained to the lady at the door that I would like to use their sanitizer but I cant as most liquid sanitizers burn my hands and I showed her- I use gel sanitizer.

She still didnt want to reason with me, I asked her to call the manager- worst nightmare she couldn't even give me a valid answer, I went as far as asking her what happens now cause my hands burn when I use liquid sanitizer?

she said I cant enter the store- I went to woolworths used my own sanitizer and bought what I wanted.

and another lady in the store Lindokuhle Khumalo- said I am dramatic really so I must risk and get my hands burnt

can we review this protocol please- at least have a gel sanitizer if you really want us to use the sanitizer provided at the truworths door festival mall.
