I normally do business with Truworths at the old Secunda Shopping Centre and was referred to the one at the mall due to the first one not having electricity. On my arrival at the Secunda Mall Truworths,I noticed that the person whom I learned being Gugu was in a hurry to go somewhere else, I playfully stopped her and asked her about a certain caps which was not at the first Truworths shop. Gugu i structructed another person to look for the cap that i enquired. The person sent me back to Gugu and huge was my disappointment when I discovered that the person is a SECURITY in the Truworths shop . This is totally unacceptable. I discussed this type of dealings with Gugu of which I insisted she take me to her a manager . Gugu called another lady to engage the manager who responded, according to the lady sent by Gugu,that the manager is still on the phone! I was then taken to the manager'office where I was greeted with a dirty office, papers laying on the floor poor maintained office Equipment like damaged chair,bad smell,no ventilation, no fire extinguishers ,poor space movement. no office furniture. The manager, Amanda refused to give me a written apology with the letterhead of Truworths for the poor customer services I have experience at the hand of Gugu. I felt insulted for not been give a service by a Truworths worker instead by security. I also learned that Gugu is *********** by doing what she was doing . Amanda claim that Truworths don't deal with the customers like how Gugu dealt with me,but a few minutes later she told me to wait till she finished with a customer. I was made to understand that I am not a customer although I am dealing with Truworths/Identity for a very long time! Shame on you Amanda! I will never advise any one to sit foot in Truworths Secunda Mall unless they want to be disrespected and poor customer service been dished out to them!
