Sales items taken by staff for themselves
On the 12ths , truworth outlet had a Sale, went to Bridge City branch in KawaMashu in Durban to purchases cloths which were marked down extra 25%.
A sales lady ,a staff of truworth took about 10 x camisoles which were on sale, marked down to R20 , gave them to staff who were at the till to hide them at the back, when been asked if there are any left, the response was' all sold out'.
Bt not to the public, they have taken this items(camisoles) to the back for themselve, friends and family, becuase why would she take all the stack of 10x camisoles to hide away from the customers to buy when on sale.
I didn't take the ladies name down, but she is a fat, flair lady and had braids on her hair, but all of the staff where on its beacuse when I asked the till lady, she said there was only size 30 available, and I'm a size 40-42, so I couldn't even see for myself because the camisoles were statched at the back, even the gentlemen who worked at the other till, said he is getting a camisole for his girlfriend
I don't think that is right, sale is for the customers to buy first, if that the case then don't make sales for the public, sale the cloths to your stuff. I'm very upset and dissapoint
