We have been calling Truworths Online to have a collect order canceled. Lulutho advised a week ago that she will escalate to Truworths Zevenwacht to have orders canceled and account credited. None of that was done.

I just spoke to Portia who advised us of the same process.

Why is Truworths sitting with an order that's not collected? Cancel this order and credit my account.
