Said she cant sell dress rudely
I went to the store in vaal mall. In need of a gown for a wedding. I got the most perfect dress it was a Aqua floor length gown. For R899. There was only the 2 left. So I looked at them both and both of them had tears along the straps. But I wanted the dress. When I went to the cashier and I told her Just give me a small discount and I will still take the dress. She grabbed the dress from my hands and shouted rudely she cant sell me the dress. So I turned around and walked away.<br> <br> If this is the way Truworths does business with loyal customers I think I will take my business elsewhere. <br> I would've taken the dress for R850. I wanted it really badly. So you still would've made a sale. And not only the dress, But with shoes, a handbag and earrings as well. And me and my husband shop no where else. But I don't think I will be returning.<br> <br> And it looks like I will have to buy a dress elsewhere<br>

As we were however concerned to read of your experience, we have brought this matter to the attention of the management of the relevant store.
We were informed that the Admin Manager has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns and has apologized for the manner in which you were assisted on the day of your visit. Further to this, she will address this matter with the relevant consultant as to ensure that this remains an isolated incident.
