SAD AND DISAPPOINTED

I app**** online for a Truworths account and I was successful. I was told to go to the store with my ID.The next day I went with my ID and the cashier helped me and I was approved in store and was told I could shop immediately with my R3000 credit.I shopped with my kids for their Christmas goodies and when I went to the till I was told my account has been blocked. The cashier phoned HR to find out why I was blocked and I spoke to them as well. All my info was correct and the cashier told me she don't herself understand why I've been blocked as HR also couldn't give her an explanation. I had to leave the store sad and empty handed with my kids.
