Rushed Emp[loyee

I went to purchase a cellphone at Truworths Southgate. Karabo at the Fine Jewelry counter assisting me was very unfriendly. She didnt make shopping there a pleasant experience. She was abrupt and off putting. I assume her reason was she waned to go home and I was keeping her. I didnt get my cellphone so i went back the 23/05/2020 to collect it. She basically threw the phone at me and rushed e when i wanted to read the contract. Sorry to say she has put Truwoths Southgate in a bad light. She should treat the last customer the same way as the first customer. A smile and a friendly attitude would not hurt either considering she is front line staff.
