Rudest manager EVER!!!!!

For the last year since l shop at Truworths mosselbay mall l notice that there are everytime new staff members and it was abit strange for me so l thought bymyself maybe people dont want to work nowadays until l discover the reason why..l have never ever seen a manager so rude like that lady she really dont knw how to speak to her staff specially infront of customers and that is so embarrasing for them..and are the manager suppose to work on a cashiers till because that was asof she got angry because the cashier dont want her to work on her till that is totally a big NO...dont the higher management look into things like that like why do staff members leave one after the other there must be a reason for that and do they have one on one sessions with the staffmembers...if it was me even l dont want to work with a manager so rude like that...stores lose hard workers because of how the manager treats the staff and no one says a word about it...so unfaire..l will neve shop there again even though the staff is so nice but the manager puts me totally off
