Rudeness on another level!

Your store queue in Protea Glen mall. Only 2 cashiers. . I have been waiting on the line for over 45 minutes and when we told the manager Dudu she said ok and left me there. Please check your ccvs. I'm still waiting for an order which is apparently not being found. As I'm sitting here no apologies or explanation as to why the long wait. Dude as a manager. I'm thinking of paying my account and canceling the account. Such rudeness
