Rude/*********** Staff - Eastgate Mall

I had the unfortunate experience of being overcharged by the cashier on promotional items. When I enquired why the price was incorrect as per the special, I was told I needed to provide truworths account for the special to be app****. When I asked why this was not stated anymore in the promotional material she rudely said she doesnt know but its policy. When I asked why she didnt asked for these details before calculating the total because if I didnt notice the overcharge it would have gone through and I would have been none the wiser, the cashier got visibly upset and rudely told me to just provide the details. Other than it already been a long queue on a busy day, I was delayed further in the store because of the rudeness of the cashier and her unwillingness to help rectify the issue in a decent manner and instead get ****ed off at the customer because an overcharge occured because they wanted to rush the customer out the door
