Rude,Disrespectful Truworths Manager Mafikeng Mall

I went to Truworths Mafikeng Mall with my husband,and the services given to us was very poor and the female manager was very rude towards claiming my husband's signature is not the same as the one that is at the back of the card she took the bag of cloths and sent us away to come with an Id or driver's license,she didn't even want to listen to what i have to say she was very disrespectful like she owns the shop,i mean y couldn't she just call head office and ask my husband to confirm his details,i was very disappointed and ****ed off thinking we are buying cloths of over R4000 and the manager is chasing us away i mean what kind of a manager does that to customers without following the right procedure because our card is almost 6 years old and shes telling us that next time she won't allow us to buy with it if the signatures are exactly the same,as a manager she should know better how to resolve the damn cetuation apart from sending us away,and she turned us away just to look at the Id No on the driver's license and punch it on the system i mean what the hell why couldn't we just give to her and confirm others details to prove that its our card,i so hate to go back to that store because that lady treats custmores like trash,a sale of over R4000 and your treated like this i'm very disappointed in that lady she chases customers away who knows how many are never coming back because of het attitute because trust me we might never set our feet in that Truworths at Mafikeng Mall i'm very ****ed off,if you want your happy mood to be ruined,be treated like a theif,disrespected,be made a laughing stock,go to that Truworths Mafikeng Mall the female manager will serve you.....so ****ed yeer.
