RUDE, UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES

To anyone considering an account with this company, i say "DO NOT DO IT". If you love your sanity and mental health, DON'T open a TRUWORTHS account. They have the most unprofessional, rude and untrained employees at all levels from in-store attendants to management. I have had trouble at all levels with this store, from late delivery to delivery or wrong items to wrongful billing.

This morning, i received a phone call from their collection 7:30AM in the morning. This is a Saturday morning , i am trying to rest after what has been a stressful week and someone is waking me from my beautiful sleep to talk about my TRUWORTHS account. She never said her name, never said "good morning", treats me like she believes i am a ******** and she is an undercover detective. "your account is owing R1800, can i proceed with debit order?"...what!! "I made that very payment yesterday on your website".....She takes a pause to see that i have indeed paid this and decides to say "bye". No apologies offered for waking me and for what has clearly been a wrong phone call to make in the first place. Now i am sitting here at 8:30Am in the morning writing a review instead of getting a good sleep. This is just an example of so many harassing phone calls. emails and texts you will be getting from this company. I am going to close my account with them and terminate this toxic relationship permanently. I have had more trouble from Truworths than i have had from my boyfriend.
