Rude/ unprofessional front staff

Bought online on my account and the amount was deducted immediately and after few days I received SMS item delivered to our store in Kimberley.I then ask my wife to pickup the item because she has signing rights with her own card but when she arrived after waiting half hour a lady named Cathleen refused to assist my wife treating her like a child and ***** and the rest of the staff refused to give the area manager contact and laughed at *** wife very embarassed cause it was done infront of other customers.
