Rude Truworths Employee

About a month ago, I went to return an item, only to find out I was late, over 30 days, so I was offered a voucher instead of a refund.

I was forced to buy something immediately and when I found something, the employee that assisted me whispered something in the manager’s ear so that I couldn’t here what she was saying and it was clear that she was talking about me.

I confronted her and she was so rude and responded with so much attitude.

Some coloured employees can be very rude, especially towards africans, it’s disgusting.
