Rude Truworths agent

This morning i received a call from one of the collections agent , the guy was very rude to me even told me to " you listen to me " i felt disrespected as this is my cell phone he called me from ,he was screaming at me until i hung up , i a m not a child even my family doesn't scream at me ,am a customer at Truworths , i bring in business so if hiring rude and abrupt agents is your way of doing business with us .... am not happy at all YOUR GUYS ARE RUDE !!!!!
