Rude treatment again same Truworths stuff

I’m writing to you again pertaining Truworths.I gave you all the information but I was told Zane was no where to be found. I’m writing about today’s incident where I went to Earth Child to buy for my grandkids. I chose everything with the assistance of the sales lady. After finishing she rang the items with the assistance of the other African lady. Unfortunately or fortunately there was a note on the screen saying declined. I asked them why at the same time I was telling them about Zane and this African girl So the tool the fon and fon head office. Guess who answered the fon? The same African lady who was rude with me. She talk the salesperson first and asked to speak to me. I asked the lady what she wanted? But before that she instructed her to ask for my ID which I showed. Then she gave me the fon and listen to what she wanted. When said hi she asked me to give the lady without saying a word. Then she talked to the saleswoman. I could see that she’s saying strange thing to her cause she frowned her face. After finishing I asked what was she saying. Just listen to this girl.” She said drop that fon down and call again I’m not going to assist that woman she’s got an attitude somebody else is gonna assist her not me.” I didn’t bother because I knew I’m going to write a follow up of the one that Zane didn’t answer. I came back with no clothes and I have R18 000 credit on my card I even paid the amount they added on the old instalment. She doesn’t know me to say I’ve got an attitude. I refused to be asked questions for verification like when did you open an account with Truworths what did you purchase in 3 months where did you purchase? Those questions for me are not for verification cause I gave her my name,ID no. Cell no. Email address and my home address which are important. Now she gave a new name “Attitude “. I’m complaining again to you about this woman’s rude behavior. If it wasn’t for me to go and buy at Truworths she wouldn’t have had a salary. She must respect people and not be afraid of others. Black people can take advantage of you if you don’t know where to get assistance. I’m seeking help from you cause I didn’t buy because she didn’t want to help me. Those are Zane teachings cause he told me he’ll drop the fon if I don’t listen. How old am I to be told by Zane such nonsense. The only thing I wanted to know why is the instalment different and not R370 cause I didn’t finish my 6th month further I bought in the middle of the month for the purchase to be included in this month’s instalment. I’m angry furious mad upset i don’t know really if that woman can be right infront of me. A black woman treating another like that. I’m wondering how are illetarate black people treated?
