Rude supervisor

I've been a loyal customer of truworths for many years now, I've been shopping for years at canal walk truworths and never have I experienced such horrible service like I did today. I was down stairs at the cashiers and there was a supervisor , coloured big girl with check suit that had such a horrible attitude! Rushing me and having care free attitude when I brought a jacket in for a bigger size. I spoke to the manager when I walked out she is always lovely and always very helpful I explained what happend to her and she was very nice about it. This big girl needs to go she giving truworths a bad name
