Rude store manager , terrible service..
I bought a cellphone in truworths at Waterfall mall in Rustenburg & it gave me a huge problem within 24 hours n I returned it back.. when I got there they kept me waiting for 2 hours the store manager tshepo morolong was very rude towards me.. they charged my phone in the store and still it was overheating & they said I must take it back home & return it on Wednesday, I decided to leave my trueworths card & that phone bcz I was deeply hurt & I want to cancel my account.. bad service ever..
