Rude Store Manager

On Tuesday last week I got an sms stating that my order was ready for collection at truworths Mall of Africa , today I decided to collect it as I was collecting all my other online orders, to my surprise the store agent said he could not find my order which I could not understand as this was 5 days after getting that sms .i asked for the manager who to my opinion was rude, gave me attitude and was more helpful to the Indian lady next to me then me . They said they will call me when my delivery is in store but did not even ask for my phone number . I am a truworths account holder and I’ve never experienced such customer experience from any truworths store before . I will never have any of my online deliveries to Mall of Africa again, I am very disgusted by this.
