Rude store manager

Rude manager I had a bad experience with a manager by the name Thami,from keywest shopping mall at truworths.I asked her if is the anything she can do about the que that was long and we've been standing,for an hour to be served with only one cashier working the till.She was so rude the way she answered me and continued to laugh at me with the a staff member,this happened on the 17 December 2019.
