I'm so disappointed at the service I got from Pinetown Pinecrest center when i went to exchange shoes I bought for my daughter. 1stly we waited for too long in the que but it wasn't too busy secondly the manager her name is Nonku gave me an attitude telling me that the shoes were dirty when she could see that they are still in it's original state and told me with attitude to take them back to the Truworths I bought them even though I told her that they don't have the size I am looking for...
