Rude, inexperienced, unprofessional staff and management

I’ve written multiple reviews for their rude, unacceptable, inexperienced staff, but it’s been ignored TOTALLY.

I have the recording of the conversation - and now CONVENIENTLY they are ignoring me. And I want to take this further with lawyers involved, and now they are silent.

I will not leave this be, so you can ignore me, or face me, like a REAL MAN / BUSINESS - it shows the incompetence of Management, afraid to face me with their staff’s behavior. ***ards.
