RUDE INADEQUATE STAFF!
Rude staff. I went to the MAC cosmetics section to buy a new lipstick. The lady working there was so rude when barely assisting me. It felt like she didn't want to help me. I asked for a certain shade of lipstick and she just rudely said to me, :"We don't have it !", she didn't even check the stock or nothing. Just gave me a curtly answer and left. I am truly shocked. It's as if businesses in today's times don't need money. But, I won't bring my business to Truworths ever again. Please shape up your inadequate rude staff!
