Rude Employee
My son was with his friend @ Truworths Centurion yesterday (23/10/2015), where one of the employees were rude and arrogant towards him. As if she will not be disciplined because of her attitude towards a CUSTOMER. Please have your employees trained to acquire better people skills as they work with a lot of different people with different backgrounds. Have your people understand that Truworths provides a SERVICE to the CUSTOMER. The employees surely get salaries, so they are not doing the customer ANY favour. Maybe that should be explained to them.
