Rude customer services agent

m extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from Truworths today. After making an online payment, I called to confirm receipt. The representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, dropping my call multiple times.

When I finally got through, I asked to speak to a manager and was left on hold without notification. I'm still unclear about the status of my payment, as the representative couldn't provide a straightforward answer.

As a customer, it's unacceptable to be treated this way, especially when trying to resolve an issue with my own money. I hope Truworths takes steps to address this poor service and provides better training for their staff.
