Rude customer service from Truworths

I have been a customer of Truworths for a few years now and have never had my account in arears by more than 1 week due to the fact that I forgot to make a payment and did not have them on my banking app which is an honest mistake but Truworths has these debt collectors who are rude , speak over you and demand money yet you have always made your payments in time in the past and because you are one week late they feel they can talk to you as if you have ******?? I would rather close my account than deal with people like this, by December I should be done paying off this account and will then close it. Thank you
