Rude customer service

I'm so ****ed with truworths customer service. I can't believe how rude these people are. Mazel or whatever your name is. You should not be doing this job. You do not know how to deal with customers. Myself and my husband are loyal truworths customers. I am so shocked for the treatment we've just received. I don't even have words to explain how terribly rude this person was. After all these years being a LOYAL Truworths customer, I have never received such treatment.
