Rude Customer Consultant
Yesterday I received a call from one of your consultants at the call centre. She was very, very rude and did not show any indication that she knew how to do her job. Firstly, she bombarded me with questions, which made me very angry and asked me to forward my bank statements and payslips. This is frustrating as my Truworths account has already been opened, it is very inconvenient for me, to now get bank statements and email my payslips. Every other account that I have, did not request for these documents. I told the lady about this and she then retorted \So you're not going to do it?"and \""You're not interested?\"" - What kind of person that deals with customer relations speaks like that? It may sound quite simple"
