Rude consultant truworts

my name is Thato Pholo and I have an account with Truworths, on the 03-03-2020 I received a call from your call centre and I spoke to Thabo who was extremely rude towards me. His tone was aggressive, offence and very unprofessional, he also hanged up the call when I asked to speak to his Manager. I called back and spoke to Katlego Molokwane whom is handling the matter. I would please like feedback regarding this matter. I will also be cancelling my account as such behavior is unacceptable and I will not tolerate it.
