Rude Consultant from MBDC
<p>I owe Identity store R782.49 so when I open my emails one emails fro the MBDC company states that I owe them R1300 so I decided to give them a call. A consultant by the name of Sisiwe at the end as I didnt catch her full name answered the call I asked her to check how much my balance is she said its R1300 so I needed her to explain to me as how and why I owe that amount instead of the R782.49 she rudely told me that whenever they call I dont answer so thats the reason why I wouldnt understand how this whole thing works and rudely hanged up.</p>
