Rude consultant ***

I didn't pay the entire amount in January, but the way the Truworth consultant communicates with people is improper and disrespectful, demanding me to validate my phone number and ID and threatening that he has them on file and I will be blacklisted. I, for one, am making him work hard. I'm done with Truworth. Thank heavens, this is the final installment. I would not recommend anyone opening an account with this firm unless they are emotionally prepared to deal with people harassing them.
