Rude cashier with bad attitude

On Wednesday 28 October at about 4:30 I entered the shop in Mostert street Cape Town to buy pants and a t-shirt, I fitted and proceeded to make payment, I greeted the cashier (who was in fact suppose to greet me first ) and she kept quiet, I asked her why she doing that, she responded with an attitude from hell by saying she is tired, I was shocked and disappointed and i told her she must either ask for a break or stay at home because i don't deserve her stinking attitude, I then called her manager and she apologized on her behalf but the girl was looking at me as if she wanted to throw something at me, she never apologized or saw nothing wrong with her action. Sometimes I think our fellow blacks here in CP think we must understand because of the color we share. I demand excellent customer service everywhere regardless of my skin color, and this thing of calling us "Chomi" is the worst , I hate it.
