Rude Call center agent
24 Nov 2020 went to pay my account and updated my mobile number.A rude lady called and my foun having truecaller didn't recognize the number, and because of crime that is very high in the, country we disagree because she cudnt prove that she was, calling from Tru worths. She could have just ask me to verify my details at the store instead of her being rude to me. I'm not sure how / why truworths, employs such people.Since November I have been paying my account -No one has asked me to verify my account, all of a sudden in March when I'm buying - to my surprise my account is blocked -wasting my tmy with something that cud have been fixed long tmy So, Truworths if u don't agree with call center agent - they are, allowed to do as they please with the accounts - I'm so disappointed.
