Rude arrogant and not willing to assist store manager

<p>I bought a purse sometime in july now the purse has a quality issue, went to johannesburg president street store to have it exchanged however Dennis was not willing to assist even though i explained that his store has a copy of my reciept as i returned a wallet that was bought with the purse. When i asked Dennis to put me through to customer care he said its not possible when i queationed him why he rudely rep**** his lines are down while pulling his face. All i wanted was the purse exchanged. If the store manager gives such terrible service then i dont blame the staff for the way they treat us as customers. Even Liezl the manager was so quick to dismiss us and say we need to speak to Dennis.</p>
