What rude and unprofessional call centre agent - pathetic service and I want nothing to do with truworths you must hire professional people. I have never be insulted first she call me cucu do you even know meaning of that she continue telling how unhappy I am because I am questioning why demeonouring me calling me Cucu. Then I call the call centre the lady after 15min being verified sje tells cannot tell me settle amount to close this account beacause I cannot be associated with such.
