Rude and obnoxious call centre employee

Shocking treatment that I received from an employee at your call centre today. No patience, no ability to deal with a frustrated and irritated customer. Shows such a lack of professionalism and no pride in their work. He was combative and was more worried about being right than trying to keep me calm.
