30 Nov 2021, 16:15 Horrible service and store manager and *********** cashier I had a very bad experience with naartjie store mall of the north in polokwane .. I paid twice for my items and know they say I am lying . I asked for proof none. I have 2 witness my aunt and my son they where with me . I have spoken to Santie regional manager she promised that she will investigate and get statement from the cashier. So the store manager wrote the statement and **** that she was with us when all this happened . She was nt with us she was at the floor packing clothes she only when we wanted a void .. now You are using lies to investigate my case. I won't rest till the right thing is done here I won't just donate such amount of money. Why does your store doesn't have cameras ? So that your stuff can treat us like this ???? This must end . Even the manager has the guts to tell me that her stuff will never take money by mistake hahaha. Her stuff is perfect as she said. ... I will take this to Twitter and consumer rights and Ombudsman.. know Santi has send my query to a lady by the name of conny when I ask her questions she cannot answer them as she doesn't have all details she was just briefed about the complain. If the store had cameras where not even going to take this long to resolve this. This was my last time at naartjie .I will go shop somewhere else . I will even return the clothes I bought mxm ..CAMERAA WILL PROTECT US AS CONSUMERS NOTHING ELSE ..NOW WE MUST SUFFER BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CAMERAD ? TWITTER AND OMBUDSMAN WILL BE INVOLVED ON THIS CASE
