Rude and Dismissive Manager
Found a shoe in the men’s department for my husband in Truworths in Eastgate. The shoe was on sale from 699 to 460. When my husband was fitting the shoes we found a 50% promotion note inside the box. At the till the cashier asked the manager to override the 460 to 350 as the promotion note we found in the box and she REFUSED saying it was a piece of paper that was meant to be thrown away and if it was meant for the box it would have been stapled to it. She was so rude and dismissive. She didn’t even greet us and had such an intimidating attitude. I wonder how she treats her staff if this is how she treats customers. Appalling. I think her name is Therusha if I’m not mistaken.

26 Mar 2025, 14:57This is beyond disappointing to say the least. The store has gone against legislation and you are basically shrugging your shoulders. It’s not up to the store its the law. I have been an account holder for over 10 years now and maintained my account well. It is disgusting that you condone stores acting outside of regulations. Now I see where the manager gets the audacity to speak to customers like that. I will be settling and closing my account. No need to respond. You are a company that lacks ethics anyway.
