Horrible collection service at truworths in forest hill,i placed 2 orders on 30th July o***0 and o***9 yesterday when I went there to collect,a gentleman assisted and he came with lots of small bags for my 2 orders and still half of the items were missing and he wanted me to sign the papers which were not corresponding the collection, I didn't collect anything and left and requested him to separate and fully pack complete order and call me. Inconvenient system or *********** people dealing with online orders
