RIPPING ME OFF

I have not used my account in more than a year . When I received my balance in January I was told I was charged R42 fee on the account for annual fee. I was shocked and was told it is stated in the terms and conditions. I am tonally disgusted in this .I think its a total *******. I will pay the little balance I owe and close my account asap.
