Ripping customers off
I am so ****ed off at Truworths and Hollard right now. We found out ...that Hollard has been debiting money from my mother's Truworths account. Yes, she acknowledges that she received a call but never agreed to have this policy. I called Hollard a month ago and they said they will get back to me in two weeks, it has been four weeks and no call from Hollard. I call Truworths today and some lady tells me that she won't help me as I was not the account holder. I pay for that account and as my mum is 60 years old, it is my responsibility to help her and protect her from such things. We went to Truworths in Mabopane and we were told we were not the only ones. I am really ****ed off. Truworths is a clothing company, why are they mixing their business with other businesses which has nothing to do with clothing? If I want a policy, I would go straight to a company that will offer me that. We pay the account every month but they take the money and pay the policy and now my mother's account is in arrears. Solve this or else I will stop paying this account and Hollard will take over. If this is not resolved then ask Hollard to pay the outstanding balance<br>
